- Filled with cereal and lavender
- Can be easily heated in the microwave - shake the llama until the filling is evenly distributed
- Always put a cup/container of water in the microwave - adds moisture which prevents the grains from drying out and maintains potency after heating
- Heating times: 30 seconds / 800W microwave; 100 degrees circulating air 6 minutes
- TIP: Always test on the forearm for heat sensitivity - especially for older and young people

- To freeze: put in plastic bag, seal and put in freezer - if needed, take out and remove plastic bag
- For cleaning: just wipe with a damp cloth (let dry completely before next use)
