Gift wrapping:

On request, we can wrap almost all items with exclusive gift paper. Only €5.

For this you only need the option:
"Gift service with individual greeting"
to be chosen. Your gift will then be wrapped and under "Notes" you can add a greeting to make your acquaintances, friends or significant other happy.

We deliver when and where you want within Austria.

Product Guarantee

Half a year guarantee. Free of charge

The Venogift guarantee is valid for six months from the date of invoice. Your statutory warranty claims remain unaffected.

If quality defects occur with your product despite proper use, we will immediately arrange for a free repair, a replacement or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. The only exceptions are wearing parts.
